Fitwyze Cardio Camp goal is to help you reach your personal goals within a healthy weight range. This is a weight lost program where you are expected to lose weight with the help of following the meal plan alone with a high impact aerobic workout. We also have programs for maintaining your current weight. This is a structured program.
The program includes weekly weigh-ins and a weekly monitored meal plan for those who are on a supervised program. We also take before and after pictures of Fitwyze Cardio Camp Clients. Program also include one on one consultation by appointment for those in the supervised program.You can also receive perks for weight lost control & self managed weight stability. You will be working out in group sessions, each session is 45 minutes long. This program helps with high blood pressure, high cholesterol & diabetes - call for more details.

Unlimited Workouts
Workout as much as you would like. There is a mandatory mininum of three separate workout days that are required. Attending more than one workout session per day does not count toward the three required days.
